This included Countrywide , Bank of America, Owcen as a Servicer for the Veterans Adminstration, VRM as a servicer for the Veterans Administration, Litton Loan Servicing, One West Bank (IndyMac Bank), Power REO,Premiere Assets, EMC Mortgage, REO World, Chrisley Asset Management, 24 Asset Management, Green River Capital, Keystone, National Default Services and many others. Our team consist of two licensed REO Specialist that helps me sell an average of 100 properties a year! It's a lot of work, but I love this job.
Our marketing Strategy is Simple, give them the WORKS, 800- Info Home line, Virtual Tours, Dual MLS Services, Open Houses, Realtor Tours, Just Listed, Just Sold Cards, Daily Phone Calling into the Neighborhoods looking for Buyers, 5 dedicated Websites that syndicates to 30 other websites, Staging, timely BPO's, MSR's, Property Preservation, Shortsales and other Loss Mitigation Services...I've been doing Short Sales since the 80's, it's no big deal, send me the referral and we'll get it done.
